In this heartfelt conversation, I have the divine privilege to chat with one of my role models: Katelyn Grady. 👏👏👏

Katelyn is a longtime yoga practitioner, outdoor athlete, and co-founder of The Body Electric Yoga Company in St. Petersburg, Florida. What began as a teenage curiosity for Katelyn has evolved into a lifelong exploration of movement, mindfulness, and motherhood — and in this episode, we dive into how yoga can truly be for every body and every season of life. 🧘🏽‍♀️

We talk about what it means to live your yoga — not just on the mat, but in the way you breathe, parent, and show up in your relationships.
