At 28, I was diagnosed with cancer. What felt like my body “breaking down” was actually my body begging me to listen. That experience became the catalyst for everything I teach today — from non-toxic living, to nervous system care, to honoring the quiet signals our bodies send long before they ever scream.

In this episode, I walk you through the layers of protection that have changed my health and the well-being of my family:

I talk about how I nourish, hydrate, move, sleep, and care for my gut to help my body do what it’s already designed to do.

Like EMFs, blue light, and constant stimulation. I also share the simple habits that help me feel grounded, clear, and energized.
